Coming Soon: Updated Richmond Brothers Client Experience


 

We are proud to announce we will be launching our improved and easier to use Richmond Brothers’ Client Experience in the coming weeks! Whether you’re actively using our current Investor Experience or not, we know you will find this updated informational portal to be instrumental to help you stay connected to your financial picture.

The newly improved Client Experience will feature updates including:

  • the ability to view your top holdings at a glance
  • access to quickly view your accounts as an aggregate total or grouped by category
  • an iOS and Google app with touch ID to log into your portfolio
  • and more!

For those of you using the current Investor Experience, many of the key insights will remain. You will still have access to unique information and insights, account details, your investment dashboard, a document vault (AKA the Secure Document Portal), and more.

The expected launch date for the new Client Experience is early to mid-October. Please note your login will stay the same and there is no expected work on your end for the upgraded portal. We’re sure you’re going to love how easy it is to get your information right when you want it! Keep watching for more details on this exciting change soon.
