Richmond Brothers: Fiduciary Statement

You may have heard about the DOL Fiduciary Rule that is taking effect on June 9th (if you haven't heard, here is a recent article). The Department of Labor has issued a rule that requires advisors to proactively disclose fiduciary status to clients who may have ERISA covered assets. Richmond Brothers will comply as we do provide services for these types of assets.
