John is a founding partner, CEO/COO of Richmond Brothers, Inc. He oversees all employees and the day-to-day business activities of our firm. John’s purpose is to manage the office’s finances to be sure the proper investments can be made at the proper time and sit on the executive committee to review strategic and marketing planning. Ever since his undergraduate years as a drummer in the Wolverine marching band, John has set a tempo for success. Since 1994 he has provided effective leadership and managerial skills that have been essential in helping make the company what it is today.

John credits his wonderful spouse, Danni, and their bunch (Brady do I hear?) of 5 children; Chelsey, Evan, Cameron, Austin and Collin for all his good fortune and keeping him sane. John is active in several charities including the American Cancer Society’s Tony Open and the auction at Lumen Christi High School. John is also involved in the Jackson Community College Foundation through the Wilbur L. Dungy Endowed Chair and scholarship programs established and funded through the Richmond Brothers Foundation (RBF). In addition, John is a founding member of RBF.

John’s interests include anything sports, bodybuilding, power lifting, and general fitness.
